Complete the 
Student Conference Travel Expenses form if you would like to be considered for reimbursement for expenses incurred while attending a national or international professional conference at which you are presenting. Please note the following conditions:
- You must supply proof that your proposal for a presentation has been accepted. Please attach supporting documentation to this application
- You must submit receipts reflecting your expenses to the Department Secretary following your return to Teachers College
- The applications are competitive; you may not receive reimbursement
- Priority will be given to students who have not received reimbursement in the past to exhaust the available funding pool

Autumn Semester: October 15th
Spring Semester: February 17th
