Printers

As printer manufacturers constantly update and change their selection, it is very difficult to keep an up-to-date list of recommended models.  Please contact Dan Aracena, Director of Desktop and LAN Technology aracena@tc.edu or George Schuessler, Director of Academic Computing schuessler@tc.edu for the most current information.

Please note that departments must purchase their own printers, as the college does not provide them for faculty or staff.

After receiving a quote then take it to purchasing and fill out a requisition to purchase the equipment.

Once the equipment arrives, then contact the CIS Help Desk x3300 to submit a work order for installation.  The information you should supply is the following:
  • First and Last Name,
  • Phone Extension,
  • Room Number,
  • Department,
  • Model Number
  • Whether the printer should be set up on the network or locally connected to your computer
