If you are on campus using a PC or Mac, you will be prompted that your password has expired or about to expire. If you are going away for an extended period of time , it may be a good idea to change your password manually before it expires:

On Campus - Using a Windows PC - Video Demonstration
From an on-campus Windows XP or Windows 7 computer, you can change your TC network account password by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete, which shows the current logon information and has a Change Password option.
