Dean Hope Center for Educational and Psychological Services (CEPS)
The Center for Educational and Psychological Services (CEPS) is a community service, training, and research facility operated by Teachers College, Columbia University. CEPS offers a wide range of educational and psychological services to the greater New York community at affordable rates. These services are provided by advanced graduate students who are enrolled in professional, masters or doctoral degree programs at the college.
