Supervisors are expected to give supervisees on-going, timely and accurate feedback with regards to the supervisees' strengths and areas for growth. This occurs formally through the semester and includes a formal written Mid-Term Practicum Eval. It is expected that supervisees and supervisors will discuss the evaluation with each other at the end of each term.
