Supervisors are expected to give supervisees on-going, timely and accurate feedback with regards to the supervisees' strengths and areas for growth. This occurs formally through the semester and includes a formal written Mid-Term Evaluation. It is expected that supervisees and supervisors will discuss evaluations with each other during evaluations.
