The TESOL Certificate Program is a non-credit, non-degree program. However, students who complete the program and are accepted into the TC TESOL MA Program receive six transfer credits added to their transcript in their final semester when all other MA coursework is complete. Those in the General Track are exempt from re-taking Classroom Practices, and those in the K-12 track are exempt from taking a K-12 elective course. Both groups are exempt from taking the three required TESOL weekend workshops. These transfer credits are applied to your transcript in your final semester when all other MA coursework is complete.
