  "Even though I am learning the difficulties of being a teacher, I am also gaining a deeper appreciation of the joys involved in teaching. There is nobody more courageous than a child that raises his hand to answer a question even though he is not certain if he is correct. When he gives an incorrect answer, he is not discouraged. He does not stop raising his hand because he did not give the right answer. Instead, he is the first student to raise his hand to give the answer for the next question."
