Welcome to the Clinical Psychology Program at Teachers College, Columbia University. Our faculty are among the finest in the world in research, theoretical advances and innovation in treatment. The research and clinical perspectives represented among our faculty are highly diverse, offering graduate students opportunity for breadth and depth in clinical psychology.Over the past ten years, graduates of our doctoral program have gained academic appointments in tenure track positions, as research scientists in medical schools, and as clinical researchers in a broad range of treatment settings. Many of our graduates practice independently as well as in community settings for under-served populations. Our academic values couple excellence in inquiry with service to society, with a strong focus on conceptual advances that can be shared broadly in the field.
