B.F.A. in Theatre Studies from the University of Texas; certified in theatre and math. Brendan discovered that education was his calling while working with AmeriCorps in the Austin housing developments' family learning centers. He began his career in education in Friendswood, TX and has taught theatre for seven years. Before that, he lived in Seattle, WA working as an actor and in community outreach with the Open Door Theatre and Seattle Children's Theatre. Brendan is a member of the Texas Educational Theatre Association and was also selected to his district's Teacher Leader Academy. Currently, Brendan is director of the theatre program at Wylie High School in Wylie, TX and aspires to be a high school principal.
