Meredith Phelan

B.A. in German from College of the Holy Cross; M.S. in TESOL from CUNY Lehman College. Meredith began her career in education in Freiburg, Germany and taught English as a foreign language at a German secondary school. Meredith was also member of New York City Teaching Fellows. Currently, Meredith teaches ESL at Harry S. Truman High School in Bronx, NY and serves as ESL coordinator. She aspires to become an administrator who works primarily with the English Language Learners of New York City.
