Kwame Simmons

B.A. in History from Hampton University; M.A. from Saginaw Valley State University. Kwame began his career in education in Detroit where he taught Social Studies for 3 years. He has dedicated his career to educating students in the urban centers of Detroit, Michigan and Saint Louis, Missouri. He is very enthusiastic, well read and knowledgeable regarding current research in school culture, effective instruction and quality assessment. Currently, Kwame is the Middle School Principal at Imagine Academy of Careers Middle School in St. Louis, MO.
