Pamela Burke, Ph.D., helps people and organizations understand their strengths and use them well. She teaches graduate classes in communication, conflict resolution, team development and innovation at Stevens Institute of Technology and a wide variety of executive education courses and creativity workshops at global businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Pam studied group decision making as a research fellow at Stanford University after completing her Ph.D. in Psychology at Cornell University. She held organizational leadership and team toolsmith positions for innovation units at Fortune 100 firms before establishing her consulting company, Unbound Edge Inc., in 2001. Pam received the "Affiliate Faculty of the Year" Award at Stevens in 2007.
