B.A. in Biological Anthropology, Duke University; M.A. in Anthropology, Hunter College. As a 7th and 8th grade teacher at IS 332 in Brooklyn since 1997, Nadya has taught general education as well as physical and earth science. During her tenure there she was selected to help develop the District 23 science curriculum and to represent the school’s Leadership Team where she helped create the school’s Comprehensive Education Plan. In addition, she recently acted as Delegation Leader for People to People Student Ambassadors which enabled her to facilitate an educational program that led forty middle school students to France, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.
