B.S. in Technical Communications from Northeastern University; M.S. in TESOL from City College of New York. Victor began his career in education as a bilingual teacher at P12X in the Bronx. Victor was also a member of the New York City Teaching Fellows. Since then he has worked with every grade level from Kindergarten to the 12th grade. He has also taught in all subject areas. He is currently the ESL teacher in a special education school in New York City in which he not only teaches but also performs in various administrative capacities. Victor aspires to lead a school that will provide children with the opportunity to grow in every aspect of their human potential.
