This interactive session will focus on using action research and action learning for organizational learning and sustainable talent development. Victoria Marsick and Lyle Yorks will discuss how to translate theory into practice and provide examples of how action research and action learning have been used successfully to facilitate change at the organizational, group, and individual levels.
