conference invitationThe Inaugural Change Leadership Conference will be held on Friday, December 6th on the Columbia University Campus. We are pleased to be welcoming both Dr. Bob Hogan and Dr. Juanita Brown for the conference. Dr. Hogan will be discussing recent innovations with the Hogan Assessment tools and related research, and Dr. Brown will be leading participants in a discussion on the history and uses of the World Cafe before we use the tool together. In addition, Executive Education in Change Leadership (XMA) alumni will be leading presentations live from the field of OD and Change Leadership at work. The schedule will also include ample time for networking and socializing.
