ΆΒ Registration


For the three conference days including welcome reception and closing banquet, pre-conference student registration rate is $65, and faculty or other is $80. For pre-conference registration rates, please download the pdf registration form, print it, and fax it to us by September 1st. On-site registration fees are $75 for students and $100 for faculty or other. We regret that we cannot accept online or e-mail registration.
 

ΆΒ Accommodations

Room blocks for SLRF 2005 have been reserved at the two facilities below. Please email to jhk2024@columbia.edu to make reservations. In the subject heading of the e-mail message please type "Accommodations".

In the body of the e-mail message, please fill all of the following information in the given order.

1. Name
2. Department & Affiliation
3. Mailing Address
4. Phone Number
5. Arrival and Departure Dates
6. Room Types
7. The Number of People
8. Credit Card Information: Type (e.g., Visa, American Express, etc.), Number, Expiration Date

Room Types and Conference Rates:

Single Bed One Person: $ 65.00
Full Size Bed Two Persons: $ 75.00
Two Beds Two Persons: $ 80.00
Two Beds Three Persons: $ 85.00

(*All rooms are budget rooms with shared baths. There are a limited number of standard rooms with private baths. In order to reserve the standard rooms, please directly contact the hotels. But, there will be no conference discounts for the standard rooms.)

Since there are a limited number of rooms reserved for the SLRF 2005 conference, in order to reserve a room in these hotels, reservations should be made by August 1.
