If you plan to use a classroom's A-V system during these periods you should notify Media Services well in advance of expected use. During intercession periods Media Services staff is severely limited and the personnel that is on hand is performing requiredmaintenance on all our equipment and upgrades to the computer software/hardware installed in our classroom's and lecture hall's A-V systems. |
