Teachers College Document Services would welcome the opportunity to work with you in preparation for conferences or meetings that will be held at, or in conjunction with, the College. Conference coordinators have found in-house services preferable to the extra stress from long-distance operations that could hit a snag anywhere along the line: delayed mailing, last-minute changes, the need for more copies of the program due to an unexpected surge in walk-in registrants, and so on. And besides, the price is right at Teachers College – you’ll enjoy substantial savings over other commercial enterprises, while keeping the business at home.

For large conferences, we would recommend a color cover for your program, with the inside program printed in black and white. We have no designer / graphics specialist on staff, but we can recommend designers if you don’t have one of your own.

Signage, overheads, handouts, Powerpoint printouts – they’re all in a day’s work at TC Document Services, so don’t waste your time running around town for these services.

FOR YOUR PRESENTERS – your conference attendees and presenters can leave those extra suitcases at home, especially now that airlines are charging for them, and have their presentation materials printed at TC as well. Feel free to share this information you’ll find when you click here.
