What You Can Do
To assist the College with meeting its sustainability commitment, members of the TC Community should adopt behaviors that promote energy savings and sustainability. Some of these behaviors include:
- Power down your computer and other office equipment each day when you leave the office;
- Follow the College’s recycling procedures;
- Eliminate the use of bottled water in offices;
- Turn off lights in unused conference rooms, offices, classrooms, etc;
- Use recycled paper;
- Utilize duplex printing;
- Eliminate stand alone fax and printer devices and switch to multifunction devices that copy, print and fax.
