When: November 9, 2012 10am-4pm (while supplies last)

Who: FT Professional, Faculty and Instructional Staff
Vaccinations will be provided on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last.
Things to bring:
1) Bring your TC ID card
2) If you are an Oxford member, bring your Oxford member ID card (or at least the member ID number)
3) Completed Vaccination Consent Form
