Communication with Parents
PCP Program considers it essentially critical to keep our parents always in the know about students academic progress and overall updates, so that our students get continuous progress and flourish at all fronts receiving support through coordinated efforts among teachers, program and parents.
Every month, PCP program sends an individualized monthly newsletter to parents, providing and reminding information in the following categories
- Key announcements on academics, logistics etc.
- Major academic and social events
- Academic report from every course students are taking (in Sep and December parents will receive semester score and progress report)
- Mock Test Results
coordinators will also set up group conference calls or individual calls with
parents to address their specific concerns if there is a need.
Student Activities Away from Campus
students make any travel plans requiring an overnight stay, they must notify
the Program staff in writing and complete the required travel form. The form
must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the trip--a precaution to ensure
the students' safety. Failure to submit the required form for overnight stay
will be considered a safety violation, and may result in disciplinary
consequences, such as expulsion from the Program and deportation from the
