Parents

We are glad that you and your child(ren) are interested in the Pre-College Program at Teachers College. We believe that parental involvement is a key ingredient in each student's success. Upon your child(ren)'s acceptance into the program, we will ask you to sign a Parent's Pledge (click here to view pledge). Parent’s Pledge

I ,___________________, pledge to assist my son or daughter, ___________________, in abiding by the rules of this handbook and upholding the values of academic integrity with regard to their work.

I understand that my child’s failure to comply with the terms of this handbook frees Teachers College, Columbia University of all liability and may result in his/her expulsion from the Program and deportation from the United States.  I further understand that if my child is expelled from the Program the tuition paid to the Program will not be refunded.

I assume all responsibility for my child's participation in the Program and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teachers College from any and all claims pertaining to the Program and activities involved in the Program.
