Request A Room

• To request a room, please fill out the form below and click submit, OR print out the Room Request Form and bring by the Room Assignments Office, 321 Thorndike.
  • If you have a request for a specific room set up, please fill out the work request form at the Facilities website.
  • If you need breakout rooms, please fill out the Multiple Room Request Form as well.

Please note:

1).  We cannot guarantee a room assignment within less than five days.

• If you have ANY intention of serving alcohol, you must notify the Office of Room Assignments.  Failure to comply with the College Policy on Alcoholic Beverages and the Policy on a Drug-Free Campus will result in disciplinary action.  For a copy of the full policy refer to the Statement of College Policy on Alcoholic Beverages in the Student Handbook.
  
• If this event requires a special set up, please fill out the work request form at the Facilities website.
• If you need to use the grand piano in Milbank Chapel, the Grace Dodge room, the Cowin Center or 408 main, please contact  the music department at (212) 678-3283.
