Doctoral Student ResourcesWelcome
Dear Doctoral Students,
Welcome to Teachers College! The Office of Student Development and Activities is proud to sponsor events which help doctoral students like yourselves navigate the academic process from your first day of classes to your dissertation defense. In particular, we offer a series of workshops geared directly towards doctoral students known as the Doctoral Student Discussion Series. These workshops take place once a month and address such issues as how to effectively conduct research at TC, how to apply and receive IRB approval, writing tips and strategies, how to give an engaging presentation at an academic conference and career options for recent graduates.
For more information about the Doctoral Student Discussion Series, please contact our office at email@example.com. You may also browse past topics, view doctoral student resources and connect with other helpful offices at TC below.
Again, welcome to the TC community!
