Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

     1.  How does the Office of Student Relations serve students?

The Office of Student Relations provides students with a channel through which they may voice questions and concerns about their student experiences.  We encourage students to make an effort to resolve their questions and concerns with the appropriate office(s) before seeking our assistance.  We take the time to meet and listen to students and work with them to address their needs and concerns. We also help students navigate College policies through professional guidance, while educating them about appropriate resources at the College.  We welcome students to let us know what is working well for them so we can continue to maintain and improve our services.

  1. I have a concern about an administrative office at TC.  With whom should I speak?

If you would like to discuss a concern or complaint related to an office or service you received, you should set up a time to speak with the Director of Student Relations.  As a graduate student, the expectation is that students would attempt to resolve their questions or concerns locally before seeking our assistance.
