To obtain a
Banner account you will need to fill out a Banner Account application.
This application can be found on Exchange:
1. Go to Public Folders
2. Then, All Public Folders
3. Then, TC Forms
4. Then, Computing and Information Services
5. The file is an attachment in the e-mail from Barbara Torney with
the subject Banner Account Application.
Please fill
out the form completely. The information you provide will ensure
that you obtain the correct access to the forms in Banner. Send
the completed Banner Account application to Box 43 or bring the
form to 241 Horace Mann. You will be notified by phone or e-mail
when your account has been established.
For budget
and grant access: If you need access to your budget or grant
index numbers in Banner, you will need to follow these additional
steps:
1. After you receive your Banner user ID, you will need to ask the
Budget or Grant Administrator to contact Jai Shankar (for access
to a Budget index), or a Grants Representative (for access to a
Grant index).
2. You may send an e-mail requesting access to your index numbers
to the appropriate person. Include the list of index numbers and
your Banner user ID.
