Faculty and staff can now connect to their Exchange email account with a new fast and convenient way, from any location in the world via the Internet and web browser. To retrieve your exchange email, connect to the Internet (Columbia modem pool, ISP, or DSL/Cable line) and select Exchange from the Email header in the Teachers College Web Site. Type in your log-in name (e.g. last name) and then your password in the pop-up dialog box. If you are having trouble accessing your Exchange email, contact the HelpDesk Support team at (212) 678-3300.
