Doctoral Education: What Is It? How Do I Get There?

There is a need to improve the opportunities of Black and Latino male students to consider pursuing doctoral education. Our experts will share their research and experiences. Provost Tom James will open the discussion.
The panelists will include several Teachers College Professors.
The invited panelists include:
· Professor Lesley Bartlett – Associate Professor of Education
· Professor Luis Huerta, Associate Professor of Education, and Associate Professor of Education & Public Policy
· Professor Felicia Moore Mensah – Associate Professor of Science Education and Program Coordinator, Science Education Program
· Professor Ernest Morrell, Professor of Education and Director, Institute for Urban and Minority Education (IUME)
