Lunch will be provided.
During this brief one-hour tutorial, we will focus on three main aspects of event planning as it relates to accessibility:
· what needs to be thought through before an event
· how to make attractive, attention getting advertising for the event that is available to all
· what to do focus on during an event to make sure it's a success for all participants
