Room Assignments Request are being processed up to May 23, 2013

Due to high volume of room request, confirmations are being sent out 3-5 days before events.

Summer 2013 Room Request:
- Summer 2013 academic classes will be assigned beginning April 29, 2013.
- Summer 2013 events and meetings will begin being assigned May 14, 2013.
Request a Room:
- Complete the form below and click the submit button. A confirmation will be sent when the room assignment is processed.
Please note:
- Russell Hall, Library (RH) rooms are reserved through the library. Log-in at the Reserve Group Study Rooms & Classrooms to submit request online.
- Everett Lounge is reserved through the V.P. Finance and Administration Office: mar86@tc.columbia.edu
- Intention of serving alcohol, you must notify the Office of Room Assignments. Failure to comply with the College Policy on Alcoholic Beverages and the Policy on a Drug-Free Campus will result in disciplinary action. Copy of the full policies refer to the Student Handbook.
- Special room set-up, complete the Facilities work request form.
- Requesting Grand Piano use in Zankel 125-Milbank Chapel, Grace Dodge 179, the HM 147-Cowin Auditorium or Zankel 408, please contact the music program at (212) 678-3283.
- Specific technology equipment, contact Media Services.
