On-campus Guest Housing
The Office of Housing and Residence Life has a limited number of guest rooms in our New Residence Hall for short term stays for members and guests of Teachers College and Columbia communities. Faculty, staff, alumni, and parents of students are welcome to reserve rooms.
Guests who stay any duration of the weekend, are financially responsible for Friday, Saturday and Sunday night charges.
All rooms, except our ADA room, are furnished with central heat and a/c, microwave, refrigerator, color cable TV and one double bed. Our ADA room has all of the same amenities as our standard rooms however has a twin size bed and a handicap accessible bathroom. All of our rooms feature private baths and are non-smoking. A daily towel exchange (on business days) is available.
Our New Residence Hall offers a TV lounge, computer lab, conference room, and two beautiful courtyards. All are available for guest's use. There are also common kitchens on every other floor in the building.

Peace Corps bring global skills to classrooms, immigrant children
About 600 former Peace Corps members have worked in high-needs city schools since 1985 through the Peace Corps Fellows program at Columbia University's Teachers College. About 300 are in classrooms now.
