Launch
of CICE Fall 2006 Isuue
Current Issues in Comparative
Education (CICE) will launch its fall 2006 issue: "Assimilation,
Integration, or Isolation? Framing the Education of Immigrants"
on Thursday, December 7, from 7:30 - 9:30 pm in 306 Russell
Hall of the Gottesman Libraries at Teachers College, Columbia
University.
The launch will feature a panel discussion with TC Alumni
Dr. Guillermo Linares, NYC's Immigration Commissioner, as
well as authors published in this issue: Jeffrey Walker, Sina
Mossayeb and Roozbeh Shirazi.
A reception will follow the
panel presentation. |
