Giselle McGee’s Carroll Street School Students Take Center Stage
Students at The Carroll School in Brooklyn have been taking part in the Metropolitan Opera in the Schools Program under the direction of 2010 Cahn Fellow and P.S. 58 Principal Giselle McGee. Stephen Cedermark (pictured with students above), a Teachers College alumnus, who teaches music to grades Pre-K through 3 was instrumental in developing the school program.
