Using New Media

For Differentiation in the Classroom

Presenter: Paul Stengel - Educational Technologist, Columbia University

The first workshop will prepare participants to evaluate media as content consumers and

producers.  Participants will then apply these skills to improve a lesson plan with

enhanced access points responsive to student populations with mixed abilities.

Suggestions for assessing new media assignments will also be covered.
