Be Neurodynamic!

Do you spend hours sitting in front of a computer? Do you become tense? Does your back hurt at times?
There’s still time to BE NEURODYNAMIC!

Come and join Dr. Dimon's NEURODYNAMIC LUNCH HOUR to find out how to develop greater body awareness. Figure out what you're doing during the day which contributes to those little aches and pains we all feel at times, and how to prevent them through body awareness rather than recourse to drugs and treatment. This event is open to EVERYONE in the TC Community and will be of interest to anyone who has experienced backache, joint strain, headaches, and stress, and wondered what could be causing this. Come and join us weekly on Tuesdays in GDH 285 at 12.30-1.30pm and bring your lunch with you.
