Description: Full renovation of the Cowin Center Auditorium to upgrade and modernize the space to accommodate large scale events. The renovation also included the full interior fit-outs of the first floor classrooms of Horace Mann.
Name: Phase I Water Penetration Remediation
Date: Fall 2007-Fall 2008
Description: Exterior facade and roof replacement and remediation to address the on-going water penetration issues in Grace Dodge, Macy and the north side of Horace Mann.
Name: Klingenstein Center
Date: Summer 2009
Description: Full interior renovation of the existing Klingenstein Center to modernize the space.
Name: Phase II Water Penetration Remediation
Date: Fall 2010-Spring 2011
Description: Exterior facade and roof replacement and remediation to address the on-going water penetration on the west and south sides of the Horace Mann and Thompson Hall buildings.
Name: Thorndike 4th floor CCRC
Date: Summer-Fall 2010
Description: Full floor renovation of the fourth floor of Thorndike Hall to accommodate the staffing and programming needs for CCRC.

Date: Fall 2009-Spring 2010
Description: Full roof replacement and coping stone restoration for the Seth Low building.
Name: Mysak Renovation
Date: Summer 2010
Description: Full interior renovation of the existing Mysak Speech and Hearing Center to modernize the facility and meet the growth needs for the program and staff.
Name: Mysak Mechanical
Date: Summer 2010
Description: Full replacement of three mechanical units replaced by one high efficient unit connected to the new chilled water supply.
Name: Grace-Dodge Cafeteria Grease Stack
Date: Summer 2011
Description: Modification to the existing Grease Stack for the cafeteria.
Name: Seth Low Boiler
Date: Spring-Fall 2011
Description: Due to the age of the existing boilers in Seth Low, a full replacement of the boilers with more fuel efficient technology is currently taking place.
Name: Photo Lab (Digital Media Lab) Interior Fit-Out
Date: Summer-Fall 2010
Description: The new digital Photo Lab in Thorndike Hall opened in Fall 2011 replacing the original photograph wet lab in Grace Dodge Hall. The interior fit-out includes new light fixtures, ceilings, flooring and furniture.
