Faculty Resources
As a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers, TCCS is pleased to offer you guides targeting various faculty needs:

Alumni Mentoring and Career Networking Program
This TCCS program can serve two primary purposes for your academic department:

  • Help students develop a professional network, and connect with alumni in their field of interest. The mentoring program is set up so that students can search through an on-line database of over 500 alumni to find a match for their interests. Students are encouraged to reach out to these alumni volunteers to help them explore different career opportunities, build professional contacts, and/or gain -'real world' perspectives from people working in their field.
  • Keep enthusiastic alumni involved by encouraging them to serve a mentor for current students. Volunteering with this program is simple-all of the alum's responsibilities are clearly outlined, and they can count on meeting students with lots of enthusiasm and talent. By completing on-line profile they will automatically be added to a secure on-line database where students can view their information and email them directly.

Recruit Help With Research, Projects, or Other Endeavors
