Created by Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES 
This site serves over 250 school districts in the Lower Hudson Valley, the Long Island, the Mid-Hudson, the Mohawk Valley, Capital, Southern Tier, Northern, Central and Western Central Regions in New York State.   These districts use OLAS as their primary recruitment tool.  Candidates fill out an application, post a resume, cover letter and supporting documents and then apply directly to school district openings.  Districts are then able to search for these candidates by specific vacancy, by certification and by name.  They may also refine their search by using criteria such as GPA, years of experience, willing to sub, etc.  This service is free to use.
