Fieldwork Final Evaluation
Students enrolled in their second semester of fieldwork may use the provided link to download a copy of the Fieldwork Evaluation. The evaluation form is to be completed by yoursupervisor and then submitted in your fieldwork seminar. The supervisor should receive the form at least one month in advance. The evaluation should be reviewed and discussed by the student and supervisor before it is submitted.
