Tamara Wilder is a Postdoctoral Fellow with the CLOSUP Research Center at the Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan. She is a 2007-08 Spencer Foundation Dissertation Fellow. Her research focuses on equity issues, accountability, school choice, and parent and community involvement in schools. Prior to graduate school she worked as a community organizer in Oakland, CA.
Ms. Wilder received her M.A. in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences from Columbia University and her Ph.D. in Politics and Education from Columbia University.
