Confidentiality

The CEPS provides services to clients in a private manner. All contact with the CEPS staff and all records and information maintained by the center are confidential. Information is not released to any party outside the center unless the client gives written consent, or when a counselor judges a clear and imminent danger exists for the individual or others, or when required by law.
