Lecture by Dr. Luo Chongmin

Dr. Luo Chongmin will visit Teachers College with a delegation from the Department of Education, Yunnan Province, China and representatives of China Education Initiatives on 10/27. Dr. Luo will speech the value of modern education and analyze the issues of education equity and quality in developing areas in China by sharing his experiences in Yunnan.
