Monday, December 1st (6:00-7:10 pm), in 541 GDH
Facilitator: Home Nguyen and Joseph Timmins
Use Monday evening to prepare for your week, stabilizing the mind and calming the body. We will practice letting go of worries and stress by connecting with our breath and feeling our body. Practicing mindfulness will allow you to create more space for growth and peace of mind.
Thursday, December 4 (12:30-1:30), 541 GDH
Facilitator: Sarah Sherman and Hua-Chu Yen
Come nourish your body and mind with a midday meditation. We will explore and practice mindfulness techniques that will give you an energy boost for the rest of your day -- as well as feed your curiosity and grow your practice. Beginners to advanced practitioners are welcome.
