
Sih-Chiao Hsu received a master's degree in International Business from London Metropolitan University, and a second master's degree in Phonetics from University College London. She is currently working toward a Ph.D. in Speech and Language Pathology under Dr. Erika Levy's mentorship at Teachers College. Her research interests include acquisition and production of Mandarin tone in Mandarin-speaking children with cerebral palsy. As a member of the Speech Production and Perception Lab, she is involved in a study of clear and conversational vowel perception with the other lab members. She loves traveling, reading and cooking, and catching up with family and friends in her free time.
