DO NOT download copyrighted information (e.g.movie files, sound files and TV shows.) IT IS ILLEGAL. If your computer becomes compromised with a virus or a worm infection or you are found to be downloading illegally copyrighted material through some peer-to-peer sharing programs your network access will be terminated until some corrective steps are taken.
All users should sign in using their UNI and TC-ACS password in both Windows and Mac OS. Your TC-ACS password is initially your TC ID number. Depending on when you started at Teachers College, this could be your “T number” (beginning with a capital “T” followed by 8 numbers), your SSN, or your UNI followed by the last 4 digits of your SSN. You will be required to change your password the first time you login.
