Tuesday, May 20th and Wednesday, May 21st, are set aside by Teachers College and Columbia University to recognize and celebrate our graduates' achievements. All October 2007 and February 2008 graduates, and May 2008 degree candidates, are invited to participate in the ceremonies.

3:00 PM CEREMONY
Health and Behavior Studies, Human Development, International and Transcultural Studies,
Math, Science and Technology, and Organization and Leadership
7:00 PM CEREMONY
Arts and Humanities, Bio-behavioral Sciences, Curriculum and Teaching, Counseling and Clinical Psychology
RECEPTION
The Alumni Council sponsors a reception for graduates and their guests immediately following the ceremony. The reception is held in Russell Courtyard. Please enter through the covered driveway on 120th Street.
2008 Teachers College Doctoral Hooding Ceremony

The Teachers College Doctoral Hooding Ceremony will be held at Riverside Church to recognize and celebrate your achievements. Each doctoral degree recipient will be hooded by the Dean of the College in front of Faculty, Senior Staff, family and friends.
The Alumni Council sponsors a reception for graduates and their guests immediately following the ceremony in Russell Courtyard at Teachers College. Please enter the Courtyard from 120th Street.
254th Columbia University Commencement

Low Plaza (between Broadway & Amsterdam Avenues at 116th Street)
Degrees are formally conferred by President Lee Bollinger upon candidates from all schools and colleges of Columbia University. Honorary degrees will also be awarded. All students are encouraged to attend. Please visit the Columbia University Commencement site for further information.
Tickets for the Columbia University Commencement Exercises are distributed at Teachers College on May 16th and May 17th. They are not distributed by Columbia University. Please refer to Tickets on the Teachers College Commencement website for further information.
