TEACHERS COLLEGE MASTERS DEGREE CEREMONIES
THE RIVERSIDE CHURCH
TC holds two separate Masters degree ceremonies in honor of our Masters candidates. Candidates are recognized by name and their achievement is celebrated by the President, Provost, and Trustees o f Teachers College. The TC Medal for Distinguished Service to Education is presented at these ceremonies.

Important Ceremony Information
a. All graduates and their guests are invited to join TC faculty and staff at a light reception immediately following the ceremonies in Russell Courtyard at the College. Please enter the courtyard through the 120th Street tunnel.
b. Be sure to register to march! Masters graduates and candidates who do not register by April 24, 2009 will not have their name called at the ceremony.
c. Graduates whose degrees have been awarded in October 2008 and February 2009 will be listed in the Teachers College Commencement Convocation Program as a graduate. May 2009 candidates will be listed as “pending completion of degree requirements".

COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY COMMENCEMENT
LOW PLAZA ON COLUMBIA CAMPUS
At the Columbia University Commencement ceremony, degrees are symbolically conferred on all candidates from all schools by the president of the University.
