| Media Services is responsible for the maintenance, operation and set-up of the audio-visual and computer systems installed in 66 classrooms and 3 major lecture halls. Media Services provides the College with technical staffing for: The preferred method to request our services is the Media Manager Request Form, you can also email us at mediaservices@tc.columbia.edu or call us at 212 678-3822. If you prefer the personal touch please drop by our 149HM Help Desk, one of our Admins would be happy to assist you with your request. If you plan to use anything besides a standard overhead projector or a screen, you should inform Media Services so we can dispatch a Media Tech to unlock the classroom equipment rack and assist you with your presentation needs. Classroom Technology requests require a minimum of one day's notice. All special equipment loans must be picked up and returned to our 149 Horace Mann Help Desk by the users. Equipment available for user pick up and return include: Apple adapters, VGA /DVI cables for laptop connection, assorted A-V cables, analog audio-cassette players/recorders, digital voice recorders, boom boxes, web-cams, portable PA systems, microphones, Powerpoint remotes, and digital cameras.
