Equipment and Service Rates

Equipment charges (monthly rates)  
2500: single line set with one voice mail box       $24
SL-1: basic multi-line set with one voice mail box  $29
M2006: new single-line set with one voice mail box  $29
M2008: new multi-line set with feature keys and one voice mail box   $33
M2008/ spkr: new multi-line set with speakerphone and one voice mail box   $37
M2008/dis: new multi-line with display panel and one voice mail box    $41
M2616: new multi-line set with speakerphone, display panel and voice mail     $43
M3903/dis:new multi-line set with multiple features and extensions $44
M3904/dis:new multi-line set with multiple features, directory, caller id, and extensions $46
Additional Voice mail boxes   $4
Additional extra-capacity voice mail boxes  $5

Labor charges
For installation, voice mail programming, or any other work which takes more than 1/2 hour, there will be a charge of $95/hr. Work will be billed in 1/4 hour increments after the the first 1/2 hour. Exceptions are listed below:
  • Repairs -- no charge
  • Repair and replacement of defaced property -- charged to departmental budget.
